Job Responsibilities:
# Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications.
# Work closely with software developers to understand product specifications and work to identify, design and enhance test plans and test cases to support releases.
# Deliver high quality software applications and solutions within the specified timeline.
# Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis with help of company-approved procedures.
# Keep abreast of the technical knowledge, tools and processes related to testing.
# Work closely with software developers to understand product specifications and work to identify, design and enhance test plans and test cases to support releases.
# Deliver high quality software applications and solutions within the specified timeline.
# Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis with help of company-approved procedures.
# Keep abreast of the technical knowledge, tools and processes related to testing.
Skills:
# Work with the team of QA engineers in creating test plans and test cases of assigned features.
# Must have programming ability in one or more of Scripting, HTML, ASP/JSP, VBScript, JavaScript, XML, UNIX or Win32. (Highly Desirable) .
# Broad technical knowledge including operating system fundamentals, basic systems administration (installing and configuring operating systems and hardware), good software engineering practice, software design principles.
# Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
# Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read and interpret complex information.
# Must have programming ability in one or more of Scripting, HTML, ASP/JSP, VBScript, JavaScript, XML, UNIX or Win32. (Highly Desirable) .
