- Good exposure and understanding of Payment Plan administration system, Distribution management system and Policy Servicing processes
- Ability to understand and use advanced solution design methods in slight complex client scenarios
- Understand the linkages of metrics to key business drivers and align team efforts to deliver on it

Relevant Work Experience: 3- 8 years
- Progress 4GL expertise having worked on development Projects.
- He / She should be able to code and unit test based on the design for the enhancements, analyze Incidents and provide resolutions to Incidents and handle Service requests.
- He / She should have good communication & analytical skills and should be a team player.
