# Review resumes, conduct interviews against defined criteria and record the outcome.
# Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and social media.
# Coordinate all phases of interviews and joining process.
# Maintain candidate recruitment call sheets, resume database and performance reports.
# Establish and manage vendor relationships.
# Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
