# Should have experience in application support.
# Strong in PC, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
# Good in OS troubleshooting (Win 7 apart from win 2K, XP, etc).
# Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting.
# Exposure to Lotus notes, MS Outlook, MS word, MS excel and Media back up.
# Knowledge on Blackberry configuration.
# Knowledge on desktop, laptop inventory.
# Good interpersonal, Analytical skills, Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems.
# Willingness to learn and zeal towards providing desktop support and handling IT tickets.
# Willing to work 24/7.
# Good communication skills.
